Jane Beatty

Jane’s practice focuses on senior general management, human resources, operations, supply chain management, and environmental engineering. She developed her search expertise at Ray & Berndtson (now Odgers Berndtson), a global executive search firm. During her 20 years in executive search, Jane has developed a reputation for listening to the client and consistently presenting culturally on-target, top-caliber candidates.

She has a proven track record of performing exemplary search work, validated through her ongoing repeat business with long-term clients. Her blend of senior executive search and management experience, with both public and private companies, serves her especially well as she digs to uncover clients’ expectations and candidates’ motivations. Jane’s pre-search experience includes 16 years of general management, sales, and operations experience in the logistics and transportation industries. She served as general manager of a joint venture between Burlington Northern Railroad and Santa Fe Railway.

Previously, she was vice president of sales and operations of a national motor carrier. Jane has a BA in Business Administration from Coe College. She relaxes with a good book, a fast walk, or a stint at the piano.
