Jan is a highly regarded leadership, strategy execution and change specialist with over 20 years of experience partnering with leaders, staff teams and boards in organizations globally to bring about transformative change in education, non-profit, government and corporate sectors. Jan’s areas of expertise include strategy, mergers and strategic alliances, change management and leadership effectiveness.

Jan’s core work focuses on supporting leaders to clarify their personal and organizational priorities, expand their ability to lead change and build adaptive organizational cultures. She is skilled at facilitating committees and leaders in making complex strategic and talent decisions. Her work with global leaders and organizations to build upon their toolkits with proven techniques for identifying priorities, building the case for change, engaging stakeholders, empowers them to challenge the status quo and sustain momentum to get results.

Jan has held senior leadership roles in academic and healthcare organizations and has successfully led her own entrepreneurial ventures.  Jan has a proven ability to collaborate with client stakeholders, senior executive teams and business partners in large national and global organizations undergoing significant change and transformation by designing and delivering programs that provide exceptional value.  She has also served on numerous local, municipal, and provincial committees and boards. She is currently a member of the boards of the University Health Network, the Michener Institute, and Centennial College in Toronto, Canada and recently served as an advisor to the Ontario government on the organization and delivery of hospital-based services within a region of the province.
