Irena has been proud to belong to IRC Global Executive Search Partners since 2003.

Being a Global Operations Manager, Irena leads the back-office activities such a complex CRM system development, online presentation, event management, finance and related areas. She has organized over 40 IRC conferences and travelled professionally to more than 30 different countries around the globe.

For more than 10 years she worked as an Executive Search Consultant at IRC Czech Republic focused on finding the right managerial talent for clients across various industries.

Irena holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from the University of Economics in Prague.
