Hilary Pearl

Hilary Pearl has more than 20 years of experience enhancing the performance of individual executives and their organizations. Her experience encompasses a wide range of programs and initiatives for executive development, change management, organization design, team building, human resources planning, 360 degree feedback, and facilitation. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Communication from Boston University.

Her practical approach to leadership and organization issues was developed during her 10 years at PepsiCo, Inc., where she was in charge of Human Resources Development.

Prior to her time with Pepsi, Hilary worked in both publishing and advertising and became a Group Product Manager and Consultant at The Forum Corporation, an executive training and human resources consulting firm.

Now, as Founder and Partner of Pearl Associates, she assists global companies and non-profit clients improve individual, team, and organizational performance through human resources planning systems, organization development, executive development, and individual coaching.

Hilary is also a certified coach for Columbia University, delivering 360 feedback to MBA and EMBA students.
