Managing Partner Henning Søgaard has a Master in Business Administration from Henley, a Bachelor in Commerce from CBS as well as a number of Diplomas and Certifications in HR training, Testing, Interviewing etc. Henning Søgaard is CEO of Search IT People, which is a part of JP Cornerstone. Henning has more than 25 years of experience from positions as CEO, CIO, and CMO in different organizations.

Over the years Henning has been recruiting both contractors for temporary placement and employees for permanent employment in large corporations in Denmark, Norway and Germany. Henning has an expertise in recruiting to senior management positions as well as in recruiting of IT specialists for a vast number of different positions.
