Gordon Berridge is a Senior Partner at N2Growth Executive Search in London, United Kingdom. He provides executive search and assessment support to clients across multiple industries on a global stage. Gordon consults with clients to uncover their talent needs and serves as an advisor helping businesses plan and execute search and talent strategies to place key roles. Bringing over 10 years of experience placing C-suite executives including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIO, CTOs, CHROs, CBDO/CROs, and CMOs with first-class business outcomes for our clients.

Prior to N2Growth, Gordon co-created a leadership and executive search advisory practice focused on serving clients across technologyconsumer, and venture capital & private equity sectors. Prior to setting up his practice, Gordon joined a national recruitment company headquartered in Leeds, United Kingdom. As a business consultant, Gordon quickly became a vital asset in the organization delivering company record performances before being promoted to Managing Director for the firm’s London-based business. As Managing Director, he received multiple top producer awards, generating new client accounts, and fostering long term client relationships. Gordon has led over 150 executive search assignments managing teams from 3-15 consultants on assignments across the UK, Europe, and North America for SMEs, Large-Cap companies, and Private Equity Investors.

Gordon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northumbria University in English Literature. During his degree, Gordon captained various football teams, entered multiple chess tournaments, and studied behavioral and personality psychology. Shortly after graduation, he joined the global automotive giant BMW Group. During his tenure, he developed skills in business development, customer service, and people management. He was later recruited to the VW Group Management Program designed to fast track promising young talent into management structures within the business. There he learned and developed leadership competencies in people management. Gordon continued his personality psychology studies throughout his career and qualified as a personality and leadership assessment advisor in 2017.

During his downtime, Gordon likes to read, watch and play various sports, running, and general outdoor activities with his wife and family. He has completed various long-distance running events and won multiple football trophies at local, regional, and national levels. Gordon has a deep passion for team sports and is driven by the camaraderie and togetherness these opportunities afford.

Gordon lives with his wife in the idyllic city of St Albans just outside of London, UK and they will shortly be joined by their first child together.
