Geoffrey brings nearly 10 years of executive search experience across technology, supply chain, transportation & logistics, consumer, and industrial & manufacturing to the team. As partner, he delivers results on executive searches across these industries through his solid understanding of technology and digital transformations, CIO/CTO and IT leadership, and supply chain optimization. Geoff is experienced in hiring executive talent to lead the design and change management associated with process improvement initiatives specific to Continuous Improvement, LEAN, TPS/TPM, 6 Sigma, and Kaizen. Furthermore, Geoff is skilled at managing complexity and change, having built leadership teams for businesses in a state of transition, such as a start-up, high-growth, turnaround, or restructuring situations. Prior to joining Acertitude, Geoffrey was managing director for Technology Executive Group (TEG) and O’Neill Consulting Group, dedicating his time to both firms as part of an early joint venture engagement and pre-cursor to the Acertitude launch. Previously, he spent two years as executive recruiting leader at Red Hat, a multinational software provider of open source solutions, where he was responsible for building the internal executive search function. His introduction to retained executive search began at O’Neill Consulting Group earlier in his career, following a staffing manager role with Robert Half International.
