Fred’s private sector background includes VP, Investment Banking with Kidder, Peabody & Co., Director of Risk Management for Deloitte & Touche, and Executive Director of the International Swaps & Derivatives Association, New York.
Highlights of his government service include serving as Director of the Securities and Corporate Practices division in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, COO of the Farmers Home Administration, and General Counsel of the Farm Credit Administration.
A native New Yorker, Fred graduated with a BA from Queens College, earned his JD from St. John’s University School of Law, and holds an LLM from New York University Graduate School of Law. He is a Board Member of the Federalist Society, a Trustee of the Society’s Center for Law and Entrepreneurship, and a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
