Fernando Boldrini is a partner at DHR International’s São Paulo office and is a member of the Global Industrial Practice Group. Mr. Boldrini assists the firm’s clients in senior level recruitment, and in the development of Board and CEO succession plans. He works with publicly traded and privately held companies in a range of talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, as well as with companies with a major presence globally.
Prior to joining DHR, Mr. Boldrini was a global director at Gerdau from 2010 to 2014 where he was responsible for the company´s global shared services operations and SAP implementation in Brazil.
From 1989 to 2010 Mr. Boldrini was a consultant at Accenture, a worldwide consultant firm, where as a partner for 12 years he was responsible for the Natural Resources practice. In this role he focused on major mergers and acquisitions for some of the leading agribusiness, forest products, metals, mining, building materials and infrastructure businesses across the globe.
As such, he accumulates more than 30 years of management and information technology consulting experience. Mr. Boldrini started his career at Elebra, an Electronics and Defense multinational company and lived in France for 3 years while working on a joint Elebra/Thales project. He is a specialist in key industry sectors including steel, mining, chemical and basic materials.
During his tenure in the consulting and manufacturing arena, he supported senior executives in strategic, business, information technology and organizational related decisions. Mr. Boldrini brings over 35 years of in depth business experience to his client base by adding considerable value through his sound business acumen and clear strategic mind-set in operations and support functions. Additionally he has considerable knowledge of information systems and technology solutions. As a management consultant professional, Mr. Boldrini has led numerous impactful projects in large organizations globally, transforming and optimizing businesses, organizations and key business processes.
Mr. Boldrini is certified by the IBGC (Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa), the leading corporate governance entity in Brazil. He holds a bachelor science degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola Politécnica, University of São Paulo, USP. In addition to his native Portuguese, he is fluent in Spanish and English and is proficient in French.
