Erin Callaghan joined Wilton & Bain in 2017 as a Partner within the Executive Search business, focusing on Technology, Telecoms, and Digital clients. She co-chairs SWITCH, Wilton & Bain’s executive women’s networking group spanning the UK and North America.
With a background in Social Psychology and accreditation as a Hogan assessment professional, Erin integrates leadership recruitment expertise with a deep understanding of personality science and its alignment with leadership potential and cultural fit.
Before working at Wilton & Bain, Erin led Korn Ferry’s EMEA Advanced Technology practice, specialising in Telecommunications. She managed key Telecoms accounts in EMEA and contributed to global assessment initiatives for Technology clients.
Erin describes her role as a Partner leading practices in Digital, Telecoms, and Technology, with a focus on Commercial and Go-To-Market Officers.
Another important part of Erin’s work is being Co-Chair of SWITCH, an exclusive networking group promoting diversity in senior leadership.
In 2020, Erin became a qualified Hogan assessor, enhancing her ability to apply personality assessments and leadership development strategies. Hogan is one of the world’s most recognised personality assessment and leadership development firms, servicing more than half of the Fortune 500.
