As an Executive Recruiter with KBRS, Erica draws on her experience in account management and recruitment within the academic and private sectors. Erica’s enthusiastic and results oriented approach make her a strong asset to the executive search team.

Erica identified her passion for strategic recruitment working in Student Recruitment and Admissions with Nova Scotia Community College. Prior to this she worked with Saint Mary’s University, in Programming and Engagement and later as an Undergraduate Science Advisor. Originally from Ontario, Erica previously worked in Higher Education software and advertising, liaising with clients across Eastern Canada, helping them meet their recruitment goals.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University and is currently completing her Masters of Education through Memorial University Distance Education.

Erica is passionate about giving back to her community. She is a volunteer at the Spryfield Boys and Girls Club as a mentor to youth. She is also the Strategic Development Director for On-point Volunteers Association which provides meaningful personal and professional growth opportunities through volunteering. During her down time, Erica can be found spending time with her friends, and her dog, Sophie, or crafting homemade cards.
