Emily Miller

As a Senior Consultant, Executive Search, Emily leads client engagements to equip the nonprofit sector with capable, outstanding leaders. She prioritizes a targeted research strategy and a seamless client and candidate experience.

Since joining the firm in 2019, Emily has worked with nonprofit clients across the country (and even internationally!) to place exceptional leaders in every sector. She brings a particular expertise in education and the arts, fueled by her personal and professional background. She came to Campbell & Company from Chicago Academic Tutoring & Test Prep, where she was responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing its entire roster of tutors for all K-12 academic subjects as well as ACT and SAT test prep. During her final year with Chicago Academic, Emily served as Recruiting Director, shepherding the growth of the company from a 4-person family-run boutique to a multi-location business employing over two dozen staff members. Prior to working in education, Emily was the Artistic and Programming Associate for The Broad Stage, a nonprofit performing arts center in Santa Monica, California, where she helped the Artistic Director curate seasons of over 200 annual performances.

Emily is a lifelong lover of the arts who graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Theatre.
