Emily Harsh manages Direct Recruiter’s IT staffing practice, focusing on helping clients fill talent gaps within their IT teams with highly skilled contract as well as full-time talent. She is expanding the IT contracting and contract-to-hire space across DRI’s verticals, with a focus on the Professional Services space.
As the Diversity Program Manager at DRI, she works with our clients to help them understand and identify what unique DE&I goals are important to their company, and find candidates that meet those goals. She also works with our internal partners at DRI to collaborate on new and innovative ideas that create an inclusive and collaborative culture.
Emily and her husband Andy are Cleveland natives, along with their 18-month-old daughter, Evie, and their 2nd little girl on the way due in January of 2022! From painting, crafting, and reading to swimming, hiking, and camping, she and her family like to stay busy. She also plays with the flow arts, specifically fire spinning. Emily is also an ocean advocate and tree-hugger!
