Ellen Pepper

Ellen joined The Advocates in 2016 as a search consultant. Prior to The Advocates, she practiced immigration law at Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition, worked as a fellow for the Chief Justice at the Colorado Supreme Court, and was a project manager in the design and marketing industry. As a search consultant, she uses her legal knowledge to bring further insight to the complexities and challenges law firms and individuals work within daily.

She focuses on clear communication and in-depth understanding with each of her clients and candidates. Ellen’s intentional and personal approach to understanding the nuanced needs of firms planning to grow as well as individuals considering career moves helps to make certain that each placement makes sense.
