Elisabeth leads the company’s branding efforts, strengthening Ellig Group’s presence through its marketing strategy. In addition to her role in marketing, Elisabeth focuses on identifying diverse talent, conducting market research, and assessing talent to meet client needs. ​

Prior to re-joining Ellig Group in 2018, Elisabeth completed a nearly four-year career enhancing experience with a global operational excellence consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado. As the Human Resources Manager, Elisabeth focused on talent identification, employee relations, human resources policies, and company-wide workforce strategic planning. In addition, Elisabeth was a member of the business development team that specialized in educating clients on the firm’s consulting and training services. ​

Elisabeth graduated from the University of Miami with her Bachelors Degree. She is a certified facilitator of the DiSC measurement tool, as well as trained to administer the Kirton Adaption Inventory (KAI) instrument. Previously she was a mentee through the Denver Kids program, as well as an ambassador for improving childhood literacy through one of her favorite not for profits, Imagination Library.
