Elisa is an accomplished Diversity, Equity & Inclusion HR Leader with a proven global track record in creating and executing successful DEI strategies. With over 25 years of experience, she has utilized her Human Resources expertise to guide organizations through cultural and organizational effectiveness, with sustainable solutions resulting in significant revenue growth.

In her most recent role as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion Talent Strategy, Elisa led Macy’s Inc., in advancing and increasing ethnic diversity within senior leadership. At the same time, while in her role at Macy’s she affected change in the culture to imbed diversity as a core value. Recognized as a pragmatic thought leader, Elisa “meets each organization where they are” – constructively partnering to gauge a realistic read of the temperature and individualizing the fundamental tools, education and support to affect change and impact.

In her international role with Avon as Global HR Business Partner, Elisa led initiatives in cultural integration and direction in Asia, Latin America and the European markets. She acted as a trusted advisor to global leaders as they transitioned into new roles – providing thoughtful guidance as they navigated their new business’ cultural nuances and barriers. She spearheaded instrumental people strategies, executive coaching and advancing tools for successful leadership and cultural transition. Elisa’s experience encompasses a variety of disciplines within the HR industry, including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Digital/e-commerce. She is also an experienced corporate coach.

Throughout all of her roles, Elisa has led with encouraging passion and enthusiasm to create cultural sustainability and to drive inclusion within the workplace. Elisa has been recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine, which distinguished her as one of the Top Corporate Executives for Diversity & Inclusion.
