Ed joins Becker Wright Consultants with an extensive background in Human Resources, including more than 15 years of management-level experience in large, mid-size and small organizations. He has supported Board-level and C-suite executives in firms specializing in Retail Development (Starbucks) and Engineering & Construction (Fluor, Saulsbury Industries).
He also developed and managed his own HR consulting practice, focused on recruiting, compensation and HR services, previously in his career. Ed’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Business & Human Resources Management, both from the University of South Carolina, and he holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Ed’s passions are college football, business, exploring and learning.
