Donna Pratt, MD, MSEH serves aspartner, and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. A vital part of DHR International’s expanding Healthcare Practice, Donna is responsible for the recruitment and placement of a variety of healthcare professionals including physician executives such as department chairs, senior medical officers and corporate medical officers, among others. DHR’s Healthcare Practice group of consultants successfully places highly qualified, experienced professionals at hospitals and health systems, academic health centers, not-for-profit community hospitals, multi-specialty group practices, and other providers in the healthcare industry at large.

Prior to DHR, Donna served as staff physician in the Occupational Medicine Department of IU Health Arnett Physicians in Lafayette, Indiana. She was responsible for providing comprehensive services to help maintain employee health and treat workplace injuries. The Occupational Medicine Department at IU Health Arnett, Indiana’s largest multi-specialty clinic partners with employers statewide to provide trusted, high-quality healthcare that meets the needs of both employers and employees.

Donna graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s Occupational & Environmental Medicine Residency Program, serving as the Chief Resident of Occupational Medicine during her Residency. She achieved her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Medicine, and obtained a Master of Science in Environmental Health during the Occupational Medicine Residency Program.

Donna is the lead physician in the physician executive search practice specializing in placing physician executives, practicing physicians, C-suite healthcare executives, Chief Medical Officers, Department Chairs and senior healthcare leaders, among others. Clients are based in Hospital and Health Systems, Academia and Industry.
