His primary areas of concentration are strategy, transformation and implementation of governance. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including IT, manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications, financial and professional services.
He has worked at international levels at global companies including Alvarez & Marsal, PwC, BDO, Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems, CGI, IBM and Xerox. Passionate team builder, he fulfilled roles such as senior executive and non-executive director, which involved restructuring with outsourcing of assets. He has often led projects covering the merge of different teams with design and implementation of new reporting structures, transformation of delivery processes and HR policies. Finding the right balance between cost reduction and retention of talent has always been at the heart of his concerns. He has created new companies on a start-up model and worked on complex matrix organisations with challenges on both models, but always common focus on profitability, transparency, empowering of team members and long-term vision.
He is fluent in English and French, and his geographical knowledge spans across the Americas (North and South), EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
A self-starter who is open-minded and flexible, he has faced challenges and reached goals while working for major multinational organizations.
