Dante Sucgang

With more than 25 years of experience in retained executive search, Dante has successfully led and executed executive searches in a wide variety of industries and functions, including Sales and Sales Management, Marketing and Marketing Research, Finance, Business Development, Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Management. He is LPA Search Partners subject matter expert for the Professional Services Practice.

In 2006, Dante co-founded Aegis Consulting, a boutique, New York City-based retained executive search firm with a specialty in Professional Services and Information Technology. He previously worked with a number of retained search firms including Johnson Smith & Knisely and Bishop Partners, where he was responsible for managing search assignments and the reengineering of recruiting processes. He has designed and led the development of databases for specific use in executive search. Earlier, he spent four years as a Research Associate at Webb, Johnson Associates and he worked in the same capacity for Haskell & Stern.

Dante graduated with an M.A. in Economics from Fordham University and has a B.S. in Mathematics. He and his family live in the New York City suburb of Westchester.
