Dana Mull is a senior associate practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search who focuses her recruiting efforts in the industrial, agriculture and sales and marketing spaces.

Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resource management from the University of Mount Olive and studied for two years at UNC Charlotte, where she competed in the varsity co-ed cheerleading squad.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Dana was the National Sales Manager for AgCareers.com, territory sales manager for ADP and owned a bridal/formal wear boutique. She currently sits on the Carteret County Board of Education.

Dana lives in Swansboro, North Carolina with her husband, Steve, and three children: Braydon, McKayla and Chase. She spends her free time with family, traveling, enjoying the great outdoors and watching live music.
