Dan Richter

Dan Richter has been in the search business since 2007 and joined Kensington International as a Senior Associate in 2014 and moving into a Principal role. As a Principal, Dan is responsible for the execution of Kensington’s executive searches across the core industries including manufacturing, consumer, financial services, healthcare, infrastructure and gas, and oil and chemical. Prior to joining Kensington International, Dan spent seven years as a Professional Recruiter for the world’s largest privately held information technology talent management firm.

Dan graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, IL and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a Minor in Marketing.

Dan lives in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL with his wife, son and dog. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, staying active, listening to music and following the Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears and Bulls.
