Dan is known for his frank advice and his skills in assessing clients’ organizational challenges and identifying high-potential candidates. His strong track record of building long-term relationships demonstrates the trust clients place in him. Before launching Phillips DiPisa, Dan held financial leadership positions at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center and Franciscan Children’s Hospital, both in Boston. In the high technology industry, he held key product development and sales leadership positions with Hewlett Packard, Amherst Associates (a division of McKesson-HBOC) and Transition Systems, Inc. (a division of Eclipsys). Dan has written a number of articles on labor and recruitment topics for newspapers and industry periodicals. He is a past President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Dan earned his B.S. from Suffolk University, Boston, MA.
