Charlotte Berry

Recognized for her transparent and collaborative candidate management approach, Charlotte brings more than 15 years of executive recruitment and strategic human capital management experience in Canada and the U.K. across global and boutique search firms.

She specializes in Board and C-suite appointments, with an emphasis on asset management, private wealth, retail and corporate banking functions.

With more than 200 completed executive searches, Charlotte offers clients a proven track record of delivering on challenging leadership appointments in competitive global markets, as well as supporting executive talent development and succession planning programs that complement some of Canada’s most innovative financial services organizations.

Most recently, she led talent acquisition and development at a publicly traded financial institution, overseeing executive mandates in emerging areas such as digital transformation, data and analytics, and the future of talent.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from McGill University.
