Charles (Charlie) is a Partner in the Financial Services Practice based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Experience

With 20+ years of experience in executive recruiting and a deep knowledge of the Chicago marketplace, Charlie has established a strong reputation in making strategic, successful placements for his clients.

Charlie places exceptional accounting and finance talent in a wide range of industries, most notably manufacturing, consumer products, consumer packaged goods and services companies. He also has experience working with private equity, investment banking and consulting firms. Charlie’s intimate insight into the Chicagoland business landscape, combined with his extensive network and diverse career experiences, help him to better understand current and future career opportunities for his candidates and clients.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Charlie was an Executive Senior Partner with a Chicago-based executive search firm, where he was a founding employee. Previously, he served as a Catholic Priest for the Archdiocese of Chicago.

Charlie earned his BA from Loyola Chicago, M. Divinity from St. Mary of the Lake Seminary and his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is an adjunct faculty member at Loyola University Chicago School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
