Cassandra Dahlem

Cassandra “Cass” Dahlem joined Egret Consulting in 2021.  She partners exclusively with Public Power Utilities, IOUs, Co-ops, and Municipalities.  She conducts professional searches for virtually all internal and field functions including, but not limited to Marketing, Operations, and Engineering positions (individual contributor to leadership) as well as Senior Leadership roles (GM to C-Suite).

Cass graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2018 on the Presidential Scholarship with a dual degree in Global Management & Finance and Marketing. During her college career, Cass was awarded the Citizen Scholar Award with 300+ community service hours served, and the Outstanding Senior of the Year Award from the F.I.T. College of Business. She was also inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and the Delta Mu Delta International Business Honor Society.

Following her college career, Cass worked in the aerospace industry on Florida’s Space Coast focusing on sUAS (small unmanned aerial systems) aerial infrared inspections. She worked primarily with the DJI Matrice 210 RTK drone and Zenmuse XT2 thermal sensors, helping translate aerial data from line and tower inspections into powerful insights for Utility companies across the nation.

Her expertise as a FLIR certified Thermographer, as well as an sUAS Part 107 Pilot, has given her a direct and solid understanding of the Utility Industry. She recognizes the challenges that exist because of the transformational change currently occurring in the industry.  Cass has developed a strong reputation for building relationships and exceeding the expectations of every client that she represents.
