Brittany Bayliss is a Senior Associate at Vetted Solutions, a Washington, D.C.-based executive search firm specializing in serving the leadership needs of associations, nonprofit organizations, hospitality and destination marketing industries nationwide. In her 15-year career, Bayliss has gained extensive expertise in executive search and a wide range of nonprofit operations and management positions, including recruitment, higher education, public relations and healthcare management. Brittany previously served as Project Director for Association Strategies Inc., an executive search firm. Her duties included oversight of logistics and management of executive search and recruitment processes, including outreach, recruitment and interviewing; screening resumes and interviewing prospective candidates; planning and administering client, candidate and board interaction; and conducting organizational and industry research. Before moving to Alexandria, VA, Brittany lived in Seattle, where she served as Program Operations Manager for the University of Washington Medical Center. Her responsibilities there included managing the Kidney, Liver, Lung Care and Transplantation Service Line; collaborating with clinical departments in operational and performance improvement; managing clinical compliance requirements with The Joint Commission of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the United Network for Organ Sharing as well as other regulatory agencies; monitoring post-implementation project performance and developing improvement plans; and preparing and evaluating financial reports and budgets. Brittany has also held various positions at Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Davies Public Affairs and the University of California, Santa Barbara. Brittany holds a double-major Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Public Administration with a specialization on non-profit management from the University of Southern California.
