Ashley Higginbotham

Ashley has been recruiting since 2004 with Rush & Company. Her passion and specialty is in the Outdoor Industry which includes, apparel, footwear, bags, packs and luggage. Over the past 11 years she has worked with some of the top brands in the industry.

Ashley holds a BBA Degree in Marketing from James Madison University.

Ashley, her husband Mike, 2 children and 2 dogs reside in the gorgeous Charlottesville VA area. She loves running, swimming and cycling. She has just completed the Promise Land 50K trail run and is training for her first Half Ironman!
