April Drury
Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management
April Drury is the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management and leads the Talent Acquisition Department. In this position, she is responsible for building a global recruiting platform and strategy in order to bring new consultants to DHR.
April joined Jobplex, a DHR International company, in 2004 in a research capacity and has since progressed throughout both firms. Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of Research for Jobplex. In this role she managed the research team and recruitment metrics to drive optimal staffing performance.
April came to Jobplex from HR Innovations Inc., a privately held, female-owned and led family business, where she worked as a Garnishment Administrator. To this day, April draws on the valuable experience she gained from this role, having managed highly sensitive information for fortune 100 clients.
April is an alumna of Michigan State University. Outside of the office she can be found painting, planting or walking one of her four dogs with her husband Eric. They are passionately dedicated to Salving Moses, which is a global humanitarian organization saving babies every day by meeting the most urgent and intense survival needs where help is least available.
