Ann Burton


Ann is a principal at True in the Go-to-Market practice. Her search process is based on listening, assessing and enriching relationships. Having previously been an entrepreneur and small business owner, Ann understands that successful companies are comprised of great people driven by strong leadership.

Prior to True, Ann founded the Fashion, Beauty, and Hospitality search firm Wolfgang Harbor where she recruited leaders and strategic talent in Omni Channel Commerce, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

Before working in executive search, Ann was a fashion and concept designer for Urban Outfitters, Charming Shoppes, and Shelley Steffee. She also worked in China, Taiwan, and Europe managing product development, design, and client engagement for the Juvenile Products Manufacturer, Lerado. Ann earned a Masters’ Degree in Fashion Design from Drexel University and a Bachelors’ Degree in Art History from Temple University.
