As Chief Talent Officer, Alicia brings to Slone Partners more than a decade of experience in senior-level recruiting within med-tech and biotech industries. Alicia’s success includes placing executives across clinical, regulatory, R&D, and administrative functions, partnering with clients at the cutting edge of medical therapies and technology.
Throughout her career, Alicia has taken lead roles in creating internal talent acquisition strategies, and she has developed training and onboarding programs which elevated internal talent, yielding a better work product for clients while challenging the bounds of the business.
Before joining Slone Partners, Alicia worked for more than nine years at Morgan Samuels, where she served as Senior Executive Recruiter, and later as Senior Engagement Director. In that role, Alicia led recruiting teams across various client engagements with a focus on client management as well as employee career development. Previous to that, Alicia served as College Recruiter, and later as Senior Recruiter, at her college alma mater, where she built out student transfer admissions programs, driving market growth and strategy.
Alicia earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
