He sits on the Board of Directors for the Peel Chapter of the Human Resources Professional Association and is an active member of the HR committee for the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce.   • Search and Recruitment: Conducted an international search for a prestigious Executive Director role of a new, high-profile Convention Centre. Was retained for the end-to-end engagement including strategic planning, role development, sourcing, in-depth assessment and successful placement along with onboarding, team integration and alignment and follow-up coaching. 
  • Start-up Strategy and Support: Provided consultative and hands-on support to a European-based sales and distribution organization to strategize and execute their establishment in the Canadian market. Led a 5-person team in realizing their staffing and operational framework, from sourcing the full executive team, support resources, sales management and country-wide sales force.
