As President of The Stevenson Group (TSG), Adam Bloom co-leads the Life Sciences Practice and has full oversight for the Enterprise Operations and Administration. Adam’s strengths include building and managing client partnerships, pre-emptive decision-making, strategic/innovative thinking, and thinking outside the box. Adam has earned a strong reputation in the executive search industry, and continues to help his clients attract top tier talent across the Life-Science and Healthcare ecosystem.
Adam’s team fosters innovation through a next generation sourcing platform and a client-centric business model, with execution at its core. The success of this approach is evidenced by the firms growth spanning various functions, therapeutic areas, and technologies across the sector. Prior to TSG, Adam helped build an internal search function at Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals, while leading and executing cross-functional searches at a variety of levels. In addition, he was an active leader on the corporate diversity recruiting team. Before his work at Pfizer, Adam ran his own search consultancy after spending several years with a mid-size executive search firm.
Prior to entering the search industry, he worked in Operations and Business Development for the leisure division of Sodexo Marriott. Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware, and has a professional certification in Human Resource Management from New York University.
