Jennifer Montalvo & Yoona Lee Join Options Group

September 9th, 2019 – Options Group, the global talent acquisition and development firm, announced it has appointed Jennifer Montalvo and Yoonna Lee to the Global FICC team led by Meri Miller, Managing Partner in New York and Raveen Shah, Managing Partner in London.

At Options Group, Montalvo will serve as a Partner and Lee will serve as an Executive Director.  They will both be tasked with extending the firm’s significant presence across Global Markets and Banking. Montalvo and Lee both bring extensive experience in talent acquisition, leadership advisory, and hiring across diversity and inclusion at the executive levels across sales, trading, structuring, e-commerce, investment banking and capital markets.
