June 22, 2018 – The International Executive Search Federation (IESF), an international alliance of independent executive search firms and leadership consultants, has added Flensby & Partners International in Frederiksberg, Denmark as its newest member firm. IESF now has 80 offices located in 20 countries.
Flensby & Partners is a Nordic consultancy firm within executive search and leadership assessment working across multiple industries and sectors. Founded in 2003 and with additional offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm, the firm works with Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium-sized companies.
“The uniqueness of IESF is our client servicing approach, which conveys a global reach with local knowledge,” said Normand Lebeau, global president of IESF. “We have a built a network of competent and knowledgeable international partners, all eager to provide exceptional value added service to our clients all over the world. We are honored to add Flensby & Partners to our organization as they have built an exceptional reputation as a strategic recruitment partner in the Nordic region, from my point of view they represent a natural complement to the IESF organization.”
The Nordic nations of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark have a combination of high living standards and low income disparity that has captured the world’s attention, according to Investopedia. At a time when the growing gap between the rich and poor has become a political hot button in developed nations, the region known as Scandinavia has been cited by many scholars as a role model for economic opportunity and equality.
