<p>We have one of the most active and international Insurance teams in the market. As a result, we have unrivaled access to the talent in the Industry – Life and Non-Life alike. As a team, we have handled more than 350 searches for senior executives and board directors in the UK, Bermuda, the US, Continental Europe and Asia.</p>
<p>We are actively engaged in the sector through our networking endeavors and participation at industry forums, speaking panels and events, as well as through the senior assignments we handle.</p>
<p>Our team has more than twenty five years combined experience of working in the industry as a broker and underwriter. We therefore pride ourselves on having an understanding of both Insurance and Reinsurance that is second to none in search. We also believe that we have a strong reputation for successfully intermediating roles not only to candidates already in Insurance, but also to those in other areas of financial services and beyond.</p>
<p>In 2013 we combined our London Insurance Practice with US based Sterling James, thus creating the leading multinational insurance practice with offices in London, New York and Chicago.</p>
