IMSA International Executive Search Adds Three European Members

May 23, 2018 – IMSA International Executive Search, a global search network, has added three new member companies. The firms, based in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Norway, will strengthen IMSA’s presence in Europe and fulfill its growth strategy for this year. IMSA Czech Republic will be represented by Nováček & Partners, a consulting company focusing on executive search, candidate care, outplacement, as well as employer branding.

Mr. Jan Nováček, CEO of IMSA Czech Republic, has been active in executive search and talent management field for over 10 years. He is a graduate of the faculty of business administration at University of Economics Prague and is an experienced trainer of soft-skills courses at the University of Economics. Mr. Nováček’s areas of expertise include engineering, electronics, consulting, energy, construction, life sciences, banking & finance, retail and automotive.

A Vital Market

IMSA president Monika Ciesielska said that having a partner in the Czech Republic, an important European market, was crucial for the network. “We are delighted to have Nováček & Partners as our new member,” she said. “They are young, energetic and constantly growing. This is exactly what we are seeking while recruiting new members. And last, but not least, they are such a great people. We are looking forward to continuing our just-started cooperation.”

IMSA Hungary will be represented by Indra Consulting, a group of experienced senior consultants with many years of experience working with top-tier international organizations and extensive background in executive search and recruitment consulting. Ms. Brigitta Fűri and Mr. Szabolcs Fűri, the firm’s founders, bring a special mix of skills and experience acquired through their work and education in international environments, said IMSA.

Central Europe

Ms. Fűri gained consulting and management experience while working at the Dubai and London headquarters of a leading airline and heading a number of international consulting companies. Ms. Fűri, who holds an MBA, specializes in aviation, Ecommerce, FMCG, pharmaceutical and retail.

Mr. Fűri leads executive search and recruitment consulting projects for the firm. He holds a degree in international management and political science.

IMSA Norway will be represented by Esholdt Executive Search, a small, high-end executive search firm.

Mr. Lars Esholdt, CEO of IMSA Norway, has worked in executive search for close to 30 years. He founded Esholdt Executive Search in 2007. Earlier in his career, he worked for McKinsey for 15 years and has extensive experience with private equity/venture capital, FMCG and consulting. From 1989 to 1998, Mr. Esholdt worked for ISCO Group, a leader in Norwegian executive search, becoming a partner in 1994. Four years later, he founded Human Capital Group, which was sold to Korn Ferry International in 2004. As a senior client partner with Korn Ferry, Mr. Esholdt was recognized for providing outstanding customer satisfaction in Europe and EMEA. He holds a master of science degree in strategic planning from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor’s in law and economics.
