Gary Taylor Joins HIEC as Partner to Focus on Venture Capital

Prior to joining HIEC, Gary was a Partner at a leading boutique executive search firm in London, where he focused on supporting venture-backed technology companies on securing leadership talent across EMEA and later globally.  Gary’s early career spans Telecoms and Technology, working with the likes of Apple, Cisco, and Juniper Networks and over the years has transitioned to specialise in scaling disruptive technology start-ups and Venture Capital firms looking to internationalize or transform their portfolio leadership teams.

Gary is actively involved with Techstars, a leading global seed accelerator, advising the London-based start-ups on their scale-up strategies, leadership hiring, and human capital and organizational design. Originally from Northern Ireland, Gary is passionate about supporting high-potential Irish technology companies on expansion into new markets, including the UK and US.
