TLG was founded in 2019 by former Stanton Chase partners Steve Caliger and Rich Kampmann. Steve previously he led the North America Technology practice for Stanton Chase, a global Top 10 firm, and was the global sector leader for Digital Transformation. He has 15 plus years of executive search and consulting experience. Prior to executive search, Steve was a Sales leader for Fortune 500 and startup Technology companies. He is also a Digital Thought Leader and President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter for SIM (Society for Information Management), the largest CIO/Technology organization in the US, with more than 5,000 members.
Rich Kampmann brings 15 plus years of executive search and leadership development expertise to his client organizations. Prior to recruiting Rich had 14 years of leadership experience with major Banks and Financial Services companies. He started his executive search career with Korn Ferry, then moved to Boyden International and Stanton Chase where he met Steve and the rest of the TLG team. He has performed hundreds of searches for companies worldwide at the executive and senior management levels and specialized in the Finance area for the last five years.
