The prime concentration of our work is with business & professional services, systems, solutions, and product companies spanning the aviation, aerospace and defense, healthcare, industrial, and technology sectors. We also have deep experience and relationships in the government contracting arena.

With over half a century of experience, we serve as trusted consultants evaluating, recruiting and coaching top tier executives. Our markets have realized and continue to undergo tremendous changes in the new global environment that has emerged in the 21st century and since 9/11, particularly in Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. The Partners at NorthWind are committed to directly conducting all searches while the majority of executive search firms rely predominantly on databases, less-experienced research/recruiting associates, or the Internet to perform the bulk of the project and deliver final candidates.
