About Us

LifeSci Search is the executive search arm of LifeSci Partners. LifeSci Partners is a platform which has been developed over the past 10 years, providing strategic healthcare advisory services in the Life Sciences Sector.

At our core is LifeSci Advisors, the industry’s largest Investor Relations Firm with over 200 clients. We also have a fully established Partnering & Analytics, KOL and Expert Network businesses.

In June 2018, following on from the success of our board placement initiative (https://www.lifesciadvisors.com/diversity/board-diversity-initiatives/), Andrew Cronin and Matthew Toner, joined LifeSci Partners to build LifeSci Search, an executive search business leveraging the resources of the wider LifeSci Platform. In 2019, our first full year, LifeSci Search has made 34+ C-Suite and Board (BoD and SAB) placements across Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Medical Device and Venture Capital.

Currently our core markets are the US, Europe and Israel. Targeting VC Backed new co formation, Clinical Stage biotech, IPO Ready companies and commercial stage MedTech.

Our biggest differentiator is the LifeSci Partners platform:

  • We are not a recruitment firm, we are a consulting firm that is one of the most respected in the industry. This is reflected in the company culture, benefits and work life balance.
  • Exposure to how other areas of the industry operate; We can offer a platform in which you are working alongside investment bankers, research analysts and venture capitalists. This will give you an opportunity to learn how companies go about fund raising, licensing and BD Deals and Initial Public Offerings (IPO).
  • 20+ PhD’s & MD’s that can help give you a better grasp of the science. We have a internal Chief Medical Officer and Chief Science Officer, former industry CFO & CEO’s and board members.
  • 100+ colleagues who are ex bankers or analysts from the likes of Bank Of America, Oppenheimer, Leerink and others.
  • Unparalleled networks in industry and on Wall Street.
  • We also have the board placement initiative with a network of over 800 executives across the Life Sciences
  • KOL Events; LifeSci ran over 130 KOL events last year. This is a huge selling point to clients, as it offers a huge and a high caliber referral network for CSO & CMO hiring
