CrossdalePaul is a boutique legal recruiting firm founded by two Harvard Law School graduates.  We place senior and mid-level attorneys and compliance professionals across all areas of expertise, including General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel in-house roles, and Partner, Counsel and Associate law firm roles. We are selective in the searches we accept, so that we can give unmatched individual attention to each search, and we are leaner and more focused than other legal search firms and practice groups.  As a boutique, we work with the discretion, unwavering client focus and tight control of messaging that many larger recruiting firms realistically cannot.

CrossdalePaul has a deep understanding of the legal market across a broad range of industries, such as private equity, technology (including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech and payments), supply chain and logistics, consumer products, media and entertainment, life sciences, manufacturing and financial services.

Our world-class referral networks give us access to the most sought-after passive candidates, and we deliver candidates who are exactly on target in both fit and experience.  Our boutique model ensures the attention necessary to source the strongest candidates in the shortest time frame.  We understand both the time urgency of hiring needs, and the importance of finding precisely the right candidate for each role.

We are 100% woman-owned, and 50% minority-owned, and we have a strong track record of presenting diverse slates of candidates.  While most of our work is domestic, in the right circumstances, we will occasionally choose to handle searches abroad.
