Bryant Park Search Partners was founded in 2016 by Mary Saxon and Heidi Rustin, both industry veterans. The firm differentiates itself with its customer-centric business model, focused on delivering speed, quality, and rigorous process in a metrics-based, high-touch service environment.  Prior to launching BPSP, Mary Saxon was the Global Retail Sector Leader at one of the largest global search firms in the world; Heidi Rustin was a Partner at the same firm in the Consumer Practice.

The primary focus of Bryant Park Search is to provide retained executive search services, and executive coaching, to companies in the retail and consumer sectors in the North American market. Within these sectors, Bryant Park’s portfolio includes assignments for Board of Directors, CEOs and their direct reports across all functional areas.

With, collectively, more than 40 years’ experience, the partners have deep sector expertise, and a unique understanding of the changing retail landscape and how that affects organizational design and talent acquisition. Additionally, Bryant Park Search has a capacity limitation model, with a commitment to no more than five searches per partner at any time.
