What they have in common is a desire to adapt to a changing global market and diversify their leadership teams in order to reflect their employee base, as well as the constituents they serve.

Bridge Partners was founded in 2003 by partners who previously worked together at a major international search firm, where they ran the Diversity & Inclusion practice.

Diversity-inclusion-equity is not an “initiative” for them. It is what they do. Their team reflects a commitment to driving diversity in all its forms, embedding this core value in every aspect of our culture and practice.
