Parks has joined the firm as Sr. Director, Strategic Search Operations & Business Development. Based in their Chicago Headquarters’, he will report directly to Marian and Willie Carrington, Principals. Sydney is responsible for managing executive search engagements, business development and executing strategic operational projects.

Prior to joining Carrington & Carrington, Ltd., Sydney was a member of the Verizon Wireless National Indirect Compliance team. He also served several years in the Business Fraud Investigations consulting practice with Protiviti and Arthur Andersen. Sydney brings a 20-year track record of building and enhancing strong client relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
