Bryant Group Selected to Recruit The Chief Financial Officer For The Weingart Center

Dallas-based executive search and talent development firm Bryant Group, has been selected to recruit the Chief Financial Officer for The Weingart Center. Chris Bingley, President of Bryant Group, is spearheading the assignment for the search firm.

Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will be charged with maintaining the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting areas for the Center, its subsidiaries and affiliated organizations. The successful candidate will prepare regular financial reports and analyses, prepare budgets and assist the President & Chief Executive Officer with long- and shortrange goals. The Chief Financial Officer oversees all financial aspects of property purchases and construction projects, maintains and updates policies and procedures to keep the organization compliant with government regulations and best practices.

Key qualifications include:

Key qualifications include a degree in accounting with CPA license, clarity in nonprofit reporting and auditing process, knowledge of affordable housing and real estate investment, experience to create and inspire a team to pull together, work effectively under pressure while balancing multiple priorities, create and innovate new processes to improve financial operations and communicate in an open and candid manner to inform leadership of key organizational issues and needs.
