Lou Eccleston is chief executive officer of TMX Group Limited. He joined TMX in 2014. Lou is a member of the TMX Group board of directors and a member of the board of directors of several TMX Group subsidiaries, including TSX Inc., TSX Venture Exchange Inc., and Montreal Exchange. He has more than 30 years of extensive experience gained in senior leadership roles in the information services, financial technology and capital market services sectors.
Prior to joining TMX Group, Lou was president of S&P Capital IQ and chairman of the board of S&P Dow Jones Indices, which are business lines of McGraw Hill Financial. He was with that organization for six years. While there, he was named to the Institutional Investor “Tech 50” in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Previously, Lou was at Thomson Financial for four years in the roles of president of global sales, marketing & services and president of the banking and brokerage group. He was at Bloomberg LP for 14 years, where he held a number of roles including chief executive of Bloomberg Tradebook for six years. Alan Guarino brings a unique perspective to Korn Ferry as a former chief executive officer and experienced consultant, working with corporate boards and executive teams to drive business and talent management strategies.
Currently, Alan leads major consulting initiatives for Korn Ferry across industries, with deep expertise in global financial markets, where he is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s largest client relationships have access to the full range of the Korn Ferry’s human capital solutions. Jonathan Korngold is managing director and global head of General Atlantic’s financial services sector. Jon serves as chairman of the firm’s portfolio committee and is a member of its executive, investment, human resources, and emerging growth investment committees. He has worked in the firm’s London office and previously led its global healthcare sector.
Prior to joining General Atlantic in 2001, Jon worked at Goldman Sachs in the principal investment area and in the mergers & acquisitions groups in London and New York. Susan Levine, Managing Director/Head of Talent Development – Bain Captial
Susan Levine joined Bain Capital in 2006. She is a managing director and head of North America private equity HR & talent development. Internally, Ms. Levine is responsible for the firm’s North America private equity team’s investment and portfolio operations professionals. Her primary responsibilities include leadership and professional development for deal and portfolio executives, recruiting, mentorship programs, resource allocation, and culture and connectivity programs for NA private equity business. Externally, she is responsible for talent initiatives at the firm’s portfolio companies, including hiring C-level executives, as well as leading assessment activity at the individual, team and organizational level within those portfolio companies.

Annmarie has over 20 years of experience working with global organizations on executive leadership, talent management, and organizational design.
Prior to H&F, she ran her own consulting firm and held the chief talent officer roles at both Cisco Systems and First Data Corporation. Additionally, she was a senior consultant with RHR International.
Alex Panas, Senior Managing Partner & Global Leader Private Equity – McKinsey & Company
Alex Panas co-leads McKinsey & Company’s private equity & principal investors practice globally, and heads the practice for the Americas, including the knowledge development on what it takes to grow and turnaround sponsor-owned companies.
The primary focus of Alex’s client work is on diligence and portfolio-company efforts for private equity owners. He also serves private equity firms on strategy, organization, operations, and investment-diligence initiatives. He has deep expertise in the industrial, aerospace and defense, retail, consumer packaged goods, food service, and operations areas.
Examples of Alex’s recent client work include leading a portfolio company transformation focused on design-to-value and sourcing―which delivered over $150 million in EBITDA improvement. He also supported a leading distressed-focused firm with diligence and investment decisions across a range of sectors. Lori R. Sabet, Managing Director & Chief Human Resources Officer – Carlyle Group
Lori Sabet is managing director and chief human resources officer for Carlyle Group based in Washington, D.C. In this position, she is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s global human resources strategy. She joined the firm in 2000 and serves as a member of the firm’s management committee.
Under Ms. Sabet’s leadership, Carlyle’s global human resources team is responsible for providing strategic and innovative guidance in the areas of leadership and succession planning, incentives and rewards, learning and performance, diversity and inclusion, recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and organizational development. She is actively involved in several human resources organization roundtables and is a frequent speaker and panelist on global human resource-related topics.
