ZRG Partners Expands Payments Practice with the Addition of Rahul Kapur

ROCHELLE PARK, NJ, October 15, 2015 — ZRG Partners, a client-focused global executive search firm, has added Rahul Kapur as Managing Director to support growth in the Payments and Retail Banking sector. Rahul will be part of the firm’s global financial services practice and bring specific expertise to clients in the payments and banking space.

Rahul brings 23 years of senior level experience to the space. He has worked as practice leader with several top consultancies including Cognizant, CapGemni, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Capco, and Mastercard Advisors. He brings a broad view of the markets with deep experience in retail, commercial and wholesale payments; retail and commercial banking; and marketing and operations strategy. He is a talent expert, having helped clients assess organizational needs and connecting top talent to client organizations. Rahul graduated Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Mathematics and later obtained his MBA from The Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.
