ZRG Partners Continues Global Growth

June 28, 2017 – ZRG Partnersthe fastest growing search firm in the U.S., has opened an office in Hong Kong, adding David Greenfield as head of the global insurance practice. The firm, which is continuing its recent expansion, also named Kevin Jones as leader of its global commercial real estate search platform as well as the Pittsburgh regional office.

Mr. Greenfield joins ZRG Partners with a strong history in the C-suite, Asia Pacific insurance recruiting sector. With over a decade of experience with firms such as Korn Ferry and Allegis Partners, he will continue working with his longstanding clients in the region while supporting ZRG Partners’ growth in the financial services sector.

“David is an important senior hire for ZRG, as he brings leadership for us to expand our coverage in the insurance sector globally and also local leadership to further build out our presence in Asia Pacific,” said Larry Hartmann, CEO of ZRG. “We have been seeking the right leader to help us grow our broader financial services sector and David is an exciting addition to our team.”

Mr. Greenfield, for his part, sees great possibilities in his new position. “ZRG’s innovative approach to data and analytics embedded in the search process is what the insurance sector has been asking for,” he said. “My clients drive all business decisions from data and information; now we can merge the strengths of my local networks of C-suite executives with an amazing overlay of tech enabled solutions for my clients. I am excited to be part of ZRG’s growth story, leveraging the global office network and our amazing momentum, driven by our disruptive approach to search.”

Mr. Jones brings over 25 years of innovative executive search and assessment experience. He has started and led various U.S.-based retained executive search consultancies. His prime focus has been the healthcare, real estate and construction sectors. He founded Jones Group ESF, a boutique search firm which focus on healthcare real estate human capital. He has served on his former company’s board of directors, acting as a key member of strategy, talent assessment, best practices, compensation and succession planning committees.

“Kevin has a solid track record in the commercial real estate market where he has successfully completed senior level executive search work,” said Mr. Hartmann. “Kevin will be an asset to ZRG and provide expertise in this niche. We are pleased to add Kevin to the global team as we broaden our North American footprint.”

Mr. Jones called ZRG’s data driven search delivery platform one of the most forward-thinking and intelligent systems anywhere. “The capability to use analytics in determining cultural fit, value’s alignment and other predictive traits of success can bring revolutionary change to the human capital solutions world,” he said.
