WinterWyman Executive Search Places Global Director of People Strategy for NewStore

WALTHAM, MA, June 6, 2016 — WinterWyman Executive Search, a long-standing authority on executive hiring and retained search, announced today that they have placed Amy Suchanek-Vacca as NewStore’s Global Director of People Strategy. WinterWyman Executive Search’s Managing Director and Senior Vice President Beverly Morgan led the search.

In this key leadership role, Suchanek-Vacca will drive NewStore’s culture and values while growing and developing their multi-cultural team as well as building an effective talent acquisition process, forming an effective learning and development program, designing and implementing a performance management framework, creating an effective and efficient recruitment process and ensuring optimal collaboration across all locations. Previously, Suchanek-Vacca was the Head of Human Resources for Hearts On Fire, a $150M retail luxury brand, after serving in Senior Director of HR and Senior HR Manager roles with adidas (ETR: ADS). Prior, she was HR Manager for Reebok International. Suchanek-Vacca holds her MBA from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business.
